It requires a very delicate manufacturing process. Since the inaddition to clean them manually piece by piece, the squid is stuffed manually only and exclusively with their own tentacles. they are cooked carefully and canned in an artisanal way directly along with the sauce.
The sauce that dress these filled squid is made with an original recipe, sauce made with olive oil, onion and tomato, acquiring the dark colour produced by the ink of the squid itself, which gives them the exclusive taste of the sea and makes the difference from others.
