Right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p>If you purchase as a consumer or user, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without needing to provide a reason and without penalty, except in cases legally excluded.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period shall begin on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the product.<\/p>\n<p>In the event that a single order is delivered in multiple shipments, the time period shall commence upon receipt of the last product.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h4>2. Verification of the application<\/h4>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Submission of the application constitutes registration of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>Real Conservera Espa\u00f1ola, S.L. will verify that the request has been submitted within the statutory time limit and that the product does not fall under any of the categories excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h4> <\/h4>\n<h4>4. Product return<\/h4>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>In the event of withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw.<\/p>\n<p>Unless Real Conservera Espa\u00f1ola, S.L. expressly states otherwise, the direct costs of return shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h4>5. Refund<\/h4>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>In the event of a valid withdrawal, Real Conservera Espa\u00f1ola, S.L. will refund all payments received from the customer, including, where applicable, standard delivery costs.<\/p>\n<p>The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer informed of their decision to withdraw.<\/p>\n<p>However, Real Conservera Espa\u00f1ola, S.L. may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<p>The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon and provided that it entails no additional cost to the customer.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h4>6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made to the customer&#8217;s specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007.<\/p>\n<h4> <\/h4>\n<h4>7. Model withdrawal form<\/h4>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal using the online form provided on this page. Once the request has been submitted, Real Conservera Espa\u00f1ola, S.L. will send an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium\u2014typically via email\u2014without undue delay. <\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, the consumer may also use the following model form, although its use is not mandatory.
