Mussel Tacos Recipe

We introduce you to our <Mejillones Gamberros>, a recipe from Rocio Cocina Demiabuelo, author of the blog, “La cocina de mi abuelo”.
The objective is to create new and simple recipes with Real Conservera Española products.



Pickled Mussels with Guacamole

1 Can of Real Conservera Pickled Mussels
2 Avocados
½ Red Onion
4 or 5 Dry Tomatoes in Olive Oil
Tabasco or Chili Pepper
Fried Corn Tortillas



Chop the red onion into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Chop the dried tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
Add the avocados in the bowl and mash them together with the rest of the mix.
Add chopped cilantro and some chili or tabasco according to taste. Add some lime juice to the mix
Put some guacamole on top of each tortilla and place the mussels on top.


Tip: Adding the avocado seeds to the mix until the time of serving will prevent it from oxidizing.
