1. Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer or user, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without needing to provide a reason and without penalty, except in cases legally excluded.

The withdrawal period shall begin on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the product.

In the event that a single order is delivered in multiple shipments, the time period shall commence upon receipt of the last product.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal via the function enabled on this page, identified as: “Withdraw from the contract here”.

To register your application, you must indicate, at a minimum:

first and last name;
order number or details allowing the purchase to be identified;
email address to receive the confirmation;
product or products you wish to return.

Before submitting the request, you must expressly confirm your decision using the option: “Confirm withdrawal.”

Once the request has been registered, you will receive, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium—normally via email—containing the details of the request and the date and time of submission.

You may also exercise the right of withdrawal by means of any unequivocal statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract.

3. Verification of the application

Submission of the application constitutes registration of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Real Conservera Española, S.L. will verify that the request has been submitted within the statutory time limit and that the product does not fall under any of the categories excluded from the right of withdrawal.

4. Product return

In the event of withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw.

Unless Real Conservera Española, S.L. expressly states otherwise, the direct costs of return shall be borne by the customer.

5. Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, Real Conservera Española, S.L. will refund all payments received from the customer, including, where applicable, standard delivery costs.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer informed of their decision to withdraw.

However, Real Conservera Española, S.L. may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon and provided that it entails no additional cost to the customer.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

7. Model withdrawal form

The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal using the online form provided on this page. Once the request has been submitted, Real Conservera Española, S.L. will send an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium—typically via email—without undue delay.

Alternatively, the consumer may also use the following model form, although its use is not mandatory. Likewise, the consumer may exercise the right by means of any other unequivocal statement communicating their decision to withdraw from the contract.

Request withdrawal

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
