REAL CONSERVERA ESPAÑOLA, S.L. has received a grant for the creation of a permanent exhibition on the history and evolution of canning in Galicia, combining interactive technology with immersive tourist experiences.
Improvement of occupational health, safety and hygiene conditions through the installation of three industrial extractors, and strengthening of quality control and product added value through the acquisition of chloride and histamine testing equipment and a SCADA sterilisation recorder. This is complemented by the implementation of management and organisation systems aimed at optimising processing operations through DAF automation of pressurisation and dosing.

GALICIA EXPORTA EMPRESAS DIXITAL
YIELDCAN 5.0 receives funding from the 2022 call of the Support Program for Innovative Business Groups (AEI) of the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, and is coordinated by the Galicia Food Cluster (Clusaga). The main objective of the project is to increase production performance and the final quality of two key products in the canning sector, aiming to develop and validate a monitoring and big data analysis platform for the final stages of the manufacturing process.
