The Northen Albacore, after being selected at the seafood market, is brought to our factory to be processed immediately, while it is still fresh, without being frozen. The belly meat is then removed, carefully cleaned and cooked to then be canned in whole pieces, without being filleted, which keeps its texture and avoids oxidation, giving it a superior taste. The next step is to fill the cans with our exclusive olive oil, which has the perfect proportion of extra virgin olive oil that will give it a soft, extraordinary taste that while only improve over time.

 

RECIPE:

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 Avocado

1 Kumato Tomato

1 Red Onion

Olive Oil, Salt and Oregano

Real Conservera Española Northern Albacore in Olive Oil

 

Difficulty: low

Time: 8 minutes

Method:

 

Dice the ripe avocado. Cut the kumato tomato and red onion into similar sized cubes.

With the help of a circular mold, place each ingredient in different layers.

At the base, place the avocado and press lightly with a spoon, which will give it a creamy texture.

Next, place the red onion on top so that the surface is flat, giving it a crunchy texture.

Place the diced tomato on top, flatten the surface so that it is even. The tomato add freshness, a perfect combination with the Northern Albacore.

Last but not least, place the Real Conservera Española Northern Albacore which will serve as the crown of this colorful and tasty tartar.
