  • Onion (½)
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Cup of Wine (½)
  • Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt


The first step is to chop the onion and red bell pepper into small pieces. Cook the onion in a pan with some olive oil until soft. Add the red bell pepper and cook until soft. Add some water to the pan.

Next, add the rice and some salt and pepper. When most of the water has evaporated, add a glass of white wine. Simmer and mix together. Add an extra glass of water and continue cooking the rice.
