With help of two brothers, “Os Gómez”, who risk their lives every day at sea and with our charming Elena, who pampers each production of Real Conservera, we want to show you the effort of the people behind the production of one of our most special products. The Sea Urchin Roe

In the Sea Urchin campaign, we had the honour of meeting the fishermen from Aguiño in person, and were lucky enough to accompany Fidel and Manuel, “Os Gómez”, in the search for this sea fruit. Even we, who know perfectly what the extraction of the Sea Urchin Roe is like, were amazed on live by the difficulty, the merit and the passion that seafarers put into their work every day.

While Manuel, with neoprene and oxygen, enters the depths of the Galician estuaries, his brother Fidel, in the boat and with all his senses on high alert, literally has his brother’s life in his hands.

If in the sea we have brave people like our friends ‘Os Gómez’ in charge of bringing to land the products that the sea offers us, from the inside, in our house, we have our artisans, our family. Women who, like Elena, our production manager, are responsible for ensuring that our products get so much care so that later we can taste them as they deserve. They are the architects that our Sea Urchin Roe has been awarded in the top 10 of the 101 best preserves in the world.

We feel deep pride in our people and our culture, that is why we want to make these workers visible, acting as a speaker so the work that it’s made by each of our cans is still valued.
