A recipe born by the sea. Some recipes are best understood when you know where they come from. Small Sardines Galician Style bring back a recipe linked to the seafaring tradition of Galicia and to those simple snacks that welcomed fishermen home after a day at sea.

At Real Conservera Española, we carry that gastronomic memory into the tin through handcrafted preparation, made with special care and respecting the character of a recipe in which fish is the true star.

The small sardines are prepared by hand and accompanied by natural ingredients from local producers. We also start with sardines caught at dawn, carefully selected to create a canned product in which we seek to preserve their texture and character.
The result is a canned small sardines deeply rooted in Galician cuisine: simple in origin, yet demanding in its preparation.
